Rules:

1. Your Wallpaper Theme must be CE 73 Quiet Night or Emotion only.
2. Your Wallpaper Size must be 800x600 or 1024x768 only.
3. Your Wallpaper Main Character must be Meer Campbell the False Lacus and can put the others characters for example: Lacus Clyne. (If u want to mix...)
4. Please send your wallpaper before 31 August 2006.
5. Each person only can sends one wallpapers to lacus_lee18@hotmail.com with Lacus_Lee Faction Wallpapers Contest for the theme (if u not write the theme and I will thinks it is rubbish!!!)
6. The Judges Team of Lacus_Lee Faction Wallpapers Contest cannot take part of this wallpapers contest yup!!! (Sorry~~)
